Front door hinges

Any one know if the front door hinge bolts are accessable from the wheel weel when the splash shields are removed?
I want to adjust my door but don't want to take the fender off.

Re: Front door hinges

Rudi,

I have a 66, and there is no access to the door hinge. The fender has an inner structure that closes the gap at the fender and door. As I recall the splash shield does cover access to one or more fender mounting bolts.

Re: Front door hinges

On my 66..if you open the door reeal wide a box end/open end will work through the crack. A rachet on some will work.
