    Voltage Regulator With A Different Base?

    On my 1965 Mustang I have upgraded the radiator to a 1969 24 inch wide. In the process I noticed that voltage regulator will not line up with the original holes in the radiator core support. Instead of  drilling new holes, is there a voltage regulator that has a different base? If I switch to one that has a bolt hole in the upper left corner - I think I can get it to fit.
