Hi to all.First post. I have a 1968 Mustang and have purchased a Unisteer power rack and pinion kit. The question I have is in the instructions it states to measure from the flat of the bearing down 1-3/4" t=11pthe picture that shows this is confusing me, because the inner shaft is extended out more than 1-3/4” so how much is being cut? What I think they mean is measure from the flat of the bearing and extend the shaft out 1-3/4” and cut. have uploaded image for you opinions.
Thanks
Raul
