I wonder if it is because the picture files are so large (3 to 4 mb per pic) or is it my laptop??
90% of the time when I try to uplaod a pic it fails!!
Is there a way I can down size the photo file after I take it to speed up the process. My phone is an 8mp camera and my camera is at least that

Not really sure, but basically the more data that has to be processed externally by tinypics the more likely it would fail.

A lot of options are available, almost any image/photo editing software can do it. Do you have any kind of such software on your laptop?

If you have Microsoft Office installed you can use Picture Manager under Microsoft Office Tools. It reasizes items really easily.

That engine pic was 4.86 mb and took a long time to load, but finally did. Probably does have to do with size of the picture.
