Whats that panel between the grill and the radiator support?

BTW I love how everything is spotless and so clean, and new looking. I wish just one part of my mustang looked like that beyond just my tires and wheels.

Its a stainless steel polished radiator cover from mustang unlimited , you can see it on their web site under engine compartment

thank you  alot of work,  color is 2003   g-2  vibrant redfire metalic  mustang color,  it is ppg basecoat clear coat with 4 coats of clear.
