Back in the day we religeously used Quaker State oil and Shaler Rislone in flat head Ford engines and got 125,000 miles out of them. For those engines, racking up that kind of mileage was some feat.
I used to sub a quart of it for regular oil in OHV engines years after that but got out of the habit with modern multi viscosity oils.
Nowadys I rarely use any oil additves.
Just wondering what others expiriences are or were with Rislone
