Can we set up a sticky for this, or make a separate forum where nothing can be posted, but where we can just store great tech threads like this? 

The Diesel forum I use has this so we can refer people to threads for common issues like no start, no hot restart, bulletproofing your 6.0, etc.  It helps us all stave off carpal tunnel syndrome from having to type the same diagnostic procedures for people over and over.

This is good basic electronic troubleshooting at it's best with the parasitic drain part. Keep cutting your problem in half then look at the results. Did problem stay or change when I do x. Don't shotgun a whole bunch of fixes at one time then look at the results. Thanks for posting.
