Thanks to all the message boarders who came out for the Celebration of Life this past weekend in Montrose. It was truly touching to see the amount of people Bob was connected to. You guys were a very important part of his life.

Thanks

-Shawn (The son-in-law)

Please keep in mind that Southwest flies into Montrose if this helps anybody not driving. They have at least 1 flight a day in and out of Montrose usually midday. During ski season they may have more flights.

Gentlemen,

Today we laid Robert M. Evans, aka "Bullet Bob", to rest at Grandview Cemetery,  on Sunset Mesa here in Montrose, with a view of the San Juan Mountains.
Dad was cremated, his remains are in a brushed stainless urn, which is in a vault.
I spoke at this private service, about him, his family, and, of course, his extended family, which is all of you.
My mom, Jean, my sister, Renee, my brother-in-law and best friend of over 40 years, Shawn, Dad's grandkids (Renee's kids), and a few close local friends were in attendance.
I'm sure many of you will want to come out here for a remebrance/celebration soon; we are still aiming for early April.  We will be in touch about that and things in his shop, the inventory of which begins tomorrow (and what fun THAT will be 🤪).
Take care, talk to you soon.
-Michael
