Custom Ink......the T-shirt supplier.......

Talk about some "stand-up folks"!  WOW!
Here's the scoop.....Out of all the T-shirts at this years bash, mine & Miss C's where really 'wonky'.
The writing was too big and the Texas was too small and scrolled across my corpulent belly making it appear even bigger.
Come to find out.....the design was modified to look more proportional butt.....2  'wonky' T-shirts were shipped out  and we got 'em!
I took a picture of Bolted-to-the-floor and me and sent it to Custom Ink and told them I was not happy about how it looked.
They IMMEDIATELY got on the problem......came up with two corrected shirts (the correct sizes!) and mailed them to me and apologized for the goof up!
This is after the bash has been over for a MONTH and the T-shirt orders were sent in nearly 4 months before!!
   AMAZING customer service!...
I didn't think companies did stuff like this anymore!..I'm completely blown away!
I had no idea they would replace the shirts
(I -oh no I used a word I shouldn't have--umed they would send a form letter about how the order was final and the account closed ...out-of-their-hands.....blah-blah-blah!)
I sure hope the next host(s) continue to use Custom Ink because of their service above and beyond like this!
Their prices are good...their graphics are good....their personnel are excellent to work with....and they don't stop until the customer is happy!
                   "What a breathe-of-fresh-air!"

Keep it, defective coins are worth a lot of money. T-shirts should be the same. I agree, need to return to business like that.

If this forum can't fix it, it isn't broke.

Re: Custom Ink......the T-shirt supplier.......

I wonder if they would take ours back for some that fit properly. Mine is too tight on me. All my other LARGE shirts fit perfect. Theirs is too tight. Sherry said hers was not true to size either. Anybody else have that problem?

How did you contact them, sal?

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

Tanya ordered a ladies medium and commented that it seemed small to her. Said it seemed more like a kids medium. She's lost weight due to her medical issues so a real ladies medium should have had plenty of room..
