T5

The T5 in my 68 is coming out, it is from a 1990 GT with the 3.35 first gear. It has been in my 68 for about 8 years without issue, comes with factory shifter. $500 plus shipping from 40503 (Lexington KY)

I have a buddy switching to a TKO600 and offered me a deal on his T5 with the 2.95 first gear which will work better with my 3.73 rear gear.

As far as I can tell this T5 has never been apart, I bought it from a wrecked car along with the motor when I was building my 68. I cleaned the trans up and put a new front bearing retainer and rear seal in it and have been running it for 8 years or so.
