Elvis has left the Building

Well guys, after 22 years of owning this fastback, I've sold her.  For the last 10 or so years, I hadn't put 1000 miles on her and quite frankly at this age I don't enjoy manual steering, manual brakes and no AC.  Yes, I could have modified her to add all those things, but I just didn't see the ROI of sinking 10K or so into her.  So, off she went.  If anyone's interested, PC Investments in Sherman bought her and now has her for sale.

That being said, I didn't leave Fords altogether.  I wanted something with low/no maintenance, AC, PS, and a little curb appeal.

Say hello to my lil' Mule.  1993 Gen 1 Lightning with 16,500 miles.

Re: Elvis has left the Building

We were on top of that story already!  Congrats on keeping a Ford in the garage.  A low mile Lightning sounds like a reasonable replacement.
Hope to see you at the Bash in Alabama next year.

Re: Elvis has left the Building

Check it out on the PC classic cars Facebook page.  Let’s just say they substantially raised the price from what they bought it for.....
