I was looking at them as I got a pair of E7 heads for that 351 Windsor I still need an oilpan for.
There seems to be two kinds of Powered by Ford valve covers. a set that has a round hole for the pcv and then a set that has a hole with a flat side, and a twist on oil cap.
These are that kind, but they caught my attention at 20 dollars.

Are the E7 heads off a 351 or 302? I only bring is up because the 302 uses smaller head bolts and I'm not sure they interchange. 351 heads work on a 302 if you use a stepped washer, but they don't always work the other way around. Aftermarket heads are typically made for the larger bolts and you just use the washers if installing them on a 302.

Windsor valve covers don't care if they're put on 260, 289, 302, 5.0, or 351w.

I horse traded a guy a Holley electric red fuel pump and 100 dollars for these e7 heads and performer 351 manifold that came off his 351. He had them worked and shaved they have 1/2 bolt holes. He even threw in the spark plugs. Lol. And late model valve covers he was hoping to sell me, gave me when I didn't bite.
