Re: Bad Day? Yikes!

Sorry to admit It happened to me once, luckily it’s an automatic and I was able to slam it in park. Scared the living crap out of me.
My driveway has a gradual slope but not too steep,  now whenever I work on the car out there I always chock it.

If it goes up for sale let Billy know!

If this forum can't fix it, it isn't broke.

At least he finally got it in gear so it didn't roll back into the street.

When the camera follows so perfectly I gotta think it was staged.

Re: Bad Day? Yikes!

i can relate to that video. I told it here once before, but one day my coupe wouldn't start and i needed it out of the shed. So i opened the door and pushed it backward out of the shed. The shed has a small incline in front and it was rolling backward and picking up a little speed. Thought i had better stop it before it rolled into another shed, so i opened the door and tried to hop in. The door caught me, flipped me under the door and rolled up over me. Luckily, the door had enough rust that it buckled instead of breaking my hip.
i jumped up like nothing happened, but my wife, son, brother in law and nephew all watched it and were all pretty white, thinking i wasn't getting back up.

Only took a new door and a paint job to fix that. I was pretty bruised up, but now worse for the wear.
