1968 Upper/Lower Ball Joint Boots.

Hey all,

Anyone know the diameter of the ball joint for boot replacement?
Or
A part number?

Many thanks,
Jeff

Re: 1968 Upper/Lower Ball Joint Boots.

I have never seen a replacement boot for Mustang ball joints.  Is this something new?

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

Check Auto Krafters

C70Z-3A105B - upper

C70Z-3A105A -lower

Both 8.95.  At above mentioned business.   Probably Dan Carpenter reproduction

If multiple things can go wrong, the one that will go wrong will be the one that causes the most damage.

Yeah seems to be a difficult find.  Lots of universal, nothing specific.

Rock Auto has one but better check the size to see if it’s the same size as yours.
How old is the ball joint you have, you could replace the whole ball joint, they are not that expensive.
