8 months . . . .

. . .since my Mustang has been on the road.
It was put away when the local roads got the first salting for icing conditions. Our late spring weather, below seasonal temperatures coupled with sidewalk, curb and road repairs did not help much either.
Today’s plan is to get out and about but it will be top up, the temps are still in the fifties.
Makes a guy wonder if it’s worth owning the damn thing.

Go for a drive and your attitude will change.  I've always found that's the best medicine for the "I should just sell the thing" blues.

Ran mine out yesterday.  Still runs like a top.  Still makes me feel 16, which I suppose is good and bad...

Re: 8 months . . . .

Been out and about in the 67 for about a month. I drive it each and every day and have one 200 mile round trip that I did last weekend. Next weekend the wife and I are off to Grand Junction for a couple of pistol matches. 228 miles from my house to the range. Should be a nice outing for us and the Coupe.

I can understand your pain... I don’t need 9 months of winter.😂

Re: 8 months . . . .

Got the red car out last week for a 3 hour ride to wear the newness off the tires. Bonnie's car is still in storage. She goes in 4 weeks for a knee replacement, so the 67 will stay put for a while.

You should simply look at your compass...that letter "S" means south....start driving in that direction and never look back.

Re: 8 months . . . .

Well Mike   it wasn't that warm. I rained every other day and once with snow flakes. I needed to drive home in mid  Feb. to warm up and take care of things (like get 2 old cars ready for trip that never happened) and other things.

Funny, I’m already in the south, Southern Ontario.
Any further south requires a US -Canada border crossing which our fearless leaders have put the kaibosh on.
