I’m working on my F100 project and had to do some metal repair on the bottom of one of the doors and now that the work is complete and the door is stripped on the outside and cleaned up on the inside I want to coat the inside of the shell.

I had considered POR15 but haven’t had the best luck with it for the cost in this type of application. I want to seal everything up. I have used a product on frames and chassis parts with great success PPG Durathane DTM, it can go over light surface rust and holds up well.

Any opinions on what others have used, and I have also considered one of the bed liner products as a top coat to seal everything up,

Any thoughts, thanks Rick

I used Rust encapsulator from Eastwoods with great results every time I need to protect. Easy to apply with outstanding results.

Slammed Big Blue, ran over the varmints that messed with the Stang. Now all is good in the NW
