Anna and I tabulated the number of people that responded to the request to know how many people were planning on showing. We know that numbers will change and plan on adding a few for padding. We do have a few locals that will probably show so we will add a couple when we confirm at all of the restaurants and the number range expected.

Here are the totals we have.

Thursday Night dinner at Snuffers overlooking Lake on their balcony. This is very close to hotel. 41 People

Friday Ladies Lunch at Luigis Italian in Rockwall.16 Ladies

Friday Men Lunch at  Smoke Sessions BBQ in Royse City. 26 people.

Friday Night Dinner at Primo's TexMex overlooking the Lake. 44 People

Saturday Lunch at Harry Meyers park for the Bash. 60 Confirmed. This isn't a real number because I expect and hope to have a bunch of locals visiting, Plus I am getting some friends to help with everything on this day. The Lunch is BBQ Brisket with all the sides and trimming. We would like people bring deserts. We bought 114 pounds of Brisket for this Lunch. We should run out of everything else before we run out of meat.

Saturday Evening at our House. Pizza is on the menu. We would like to have people bring some of the toppings if possible. We are making the dough and sauce plus a bunch of toppings. 50+ people are expected. We always make more pizza than everyone can eat.  Please bring lawn chairs. We don't have nearly enough.

More to follow as we get closer. But these are pretty much what we are setting up for required restaurant reservations.

Bonnie & I must pass this yrs. event.  The real deal breaker is them 10 yr old tires on the front of the red car. I really wanted to take the red car because it gets so neglected. SO I need to find a burnout/burn off contest some where's before new looking tires get to old and unroadworthy..

For Sat lunch / treats I  (we) will bring (pick up local) a couple of trays of large cookies.   I suggest we make this a start of sigh ups for "Treats"  to avoid  200 trays of large cookies.   I wouldn't mind 200 trays of large cookies.

Brisket pizza sounds great to me!  That’s a topping in my book.
