I keep getting an ERROR HAS OCCURRED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR NEAREST RESERVATION OFFICE AND AN AGENT WILL ASSIST YOU. Is that normal?

Booked for 3 nights. Now all i have to do is put on the front end, install insulation, rebuild ac compressor, install AC, install carpet, install seats, test drive a few hundred miles. Bash Thrash under way.
