Witness Distillery is located in with the restaurant where we will eat Saturday night and across the street from Thursday nights venue.  They offer tastings and they also offer Tours of the Distillery.  The tour is about a 50 min to hour long event and is $10 per person which includes 1 free drink and some tastings.  It would probably have to be prior to dinner on Saturday so around 5:30.  The tasting alone is free and is about 15 to 20 minutes and could be Thursday or Saturday.  Let me know your interests so I can inform the owner
