I was watching the 5th Dirty Harry movie last night and got reminded of what has to be the silliest car chase movie scene.  The little black corvette that literally blew Harry's doors off (well hood at least).  Do you remember this chase?

1968 T-code Coupe with a 302.  Nice car, no show stopper for sure, but I like it.

OH.....the old  "Let's make a movie to try and outdo Bullittt or French Connection" !
Welp(thx RPM)..  "Oldsmobile is not your father's car anymore"!  At least not back then.
Clint don't make a bad movie...still stands.
