Update on my health and my latest project

It has been almost 7 weeks since my surgery.  I am recovering, albeit slowly.  The doctors tell me I am way ahead of where I should be which horrifies me because I still get fatigued fairly easily.  I am walking 3 miles a day and am able to spend a few hours a day in the garage but am quite tired afterwords.  They say this is a 6 month recovery so I guess I should be happy with my progress but I am not one to sit still. 😁  No football officiating and no bash for me this year but next year both are something I am going to try and participate in.  In spite of  the small amount of time per day and my weight limit restrictions I have still manage to do a project or two.

If you are like me and most of what you do is SBF Windsor you may consider getting a mockup block. Obviously you would need two to have both the 289/302 and the 351 and these foam blocks are not cheap. I didn't want to pay for two blocks so I purchased a 302 block with removable heads and made deck height spacers so I could also use my 302 block to mock up a 351.

I watched that vid...well done and interesting as are all of your's, Day.  Keep doing what the docs say, you'll be back to your normal self in no time.  I'll miss you at the bash, enjoyed talking to you last year, but we'll see ya in '25, I hope.

Daze - glad your recover is going well, stay positive.
I'm sure that you're looking forward to all those fans yelling at you when you're officiating football games!
Thank you for another great video.
