Here is the trophy for the 2024 Bash. This is a factory Boss 429 piston with the part number showing. We also have a transmission input shaft and slider, wheel bearing races ,and a couple of valves from a small block Ford. The only parts that cost money out of my pocket are the 2 spark plugs. They came from Walmart closeout sale in the mid 90’s that I have never used!! The trophy plate does rotate in the race of the input shaft bearing.

Thank you to HBStang on the FE Power Forum, Glen Buzek, Steve Buzek, Steve Wilkes, and Jeff Towman for the parts donations and Steve Busek for the welding.

The trophy is in the mail headed to the Bakersfield for the Bash. Can’t wait to see everyone.

Someone will be going home with a cool trophy so I hope yall have been practicing.

I did not weigh it, but it is lighter than last years trophy.

It’s OK to be confused….. you just gotta figure it out quicker than the other guy.

Great job, John.  I hope someone new wins this year, otherwise you're going to need a new trophy cabinet.

I’m not going to win so, it won’t be going home with me.
