I checked it by filling up at the 1/4 and 1/2 markers on the gauge. It was always right on the money.  I never did run it down all the way to test the E mark, though. I did put 18 gallons in at one point, though. It has 22 gallon capacity.  I am impressed with this device

Thanks for the feedback, I think installing one will be a wintertime project!

I have one in my 66 and one in the 69..  I will definitely be putting one in the 65 convertible, too.

I'll be using the 'resistance' calibration method.  I took both low and high resistance measurments before I installed the 22-gallon tank. Then after installing the tank and put in two gallons, I took a measurement.  So I hope to be 'spot on' (or really, close enough) on the gauge.
