Solved all heating problems. I Installed a champion 24" (67-70) rad, 2 rows of 1" tubes and 2   11" Spal fans. 194 is the max Ive seen and that was at Idle right after I got off the freeway. It was 89 degs out that day.  And by trimming down the stock battey tray and adding a over the top strap I didnt have to move the battery

No the tank corners stick up about 1/2-5/8" above the core,  no clearance problem anywhere and I like having much more clearance between the fans and the water pump now.

This thing cools like it was meant too now.. I know that 2 rows of 1" tubes dissipate more heat than 3 rows of 3/4" tubes. Just do the math.
