You can lead a horse to water, but you can't get him drunk

Re: someone needs to jump on this deal

You are right in the neighborhood, AT.  I think you...or maybe Corky...should jump all over that.

Re: someone needs to jump on this deal

if anyone on this forum scoops this one up and doesn’t care for a Renault sunroof, I’ll sell them a complete coupe roof from a rare wrecked coupe........

Re: someone needs to jump on this deal

If you look at my avatar you will see a very rare one of a kind 65 fastback.  its one of one and I have the report to back this statement.
For those of you who doubt it, come to my house and see how many 65 fastbacks I own!!!  That's right 1.

Re: someone needs to jump on this deal

Sorry, a little more research needed before laughing this one off.

If multiple things can go wrong, the one that will go wrong will be the one that causes the most damage.

Re: someone needs to jump on this deal

It would be interesting what parts he has.  For the car alone doesn't that seem high? Or is that normal for prices on mustangs there? I ran across a 1965 gt white white black vinyl top for 3,500 running and did I mention with a convertible v8 as well. They guy wanted them gone. But sadly I ran into some family problems and couldn't get them. Which sucks bad because now that I have the money I don't remember where the house is at exactly.  But average price for 65-73 coupes that j found are usually 1,500 but not nessicarily for a GT

Re: someone needs to jump on this deal

The thing I find funny is he states that he has $1000 worth of new parts, but then ask $2000 additional for the car to get the parts.
