I posed my DIY alignment in the tips section.

I posted a how to about how I did a home alignment using a simple jig I made.  Pls let me know if you see a problem and I'll fix it.

I was very glad to see exactly how you went about setting up a "level playing field"...so to speak.  I really like your fixture for getting exactly + or - 20 degrees for the caster calc.  Nice job, good info.  I did my own alignment a few years ago but this will help make the one I start tomorrow even more accurate.  After suffering loose UCA's on the bash trip to FWB last year, following a pro alignment job, there'll be no more "professional alignment" jobs on our  66 .
