Not impressed with NPD Golden Legion rear bumper

Sides do not follow the shape of the car. Vertical rear body line where it should match the vertical lines in the quarter panel end caps are 1/2” off.  Had to do alot of shimming to get the vertical ends to match the vertical indentation of the end caps.

Quality rating:  2 out of ten.

Re: Not impressed with NPD Golden Legion rear bumper

Thanks for the feedback on the bumper.
I've been thinking bout repros for the 67. Red351 has generously given me an original .... just gotta find an envelope, or a suitcase, big enough.
Didja reach out to Rick as Bob suggested? Good guy.

I fitted Nordan front and rear about 16 years ago. They are ok, but surface rust appeared on the top of the rear one (in between the body and the top of the bar - so not too noticeable). Other than that, they are ok.
Sad to hear about your experience and I'm really disappointed with NPD. They usually sell better product than this.

Re: Not impressed with NPD Golden Legion rear bumper

I bought my rear bumper 10 years ago from Virginia Classic. It looks perfect on the car so I know it's not perfect because my cars not perfect. I guess it's perfectly imperfect for MY application.😜
