Yes, cams are interchangeable across Windsor small-block family of engines. Check firing order.

Yes and firing order is different on early 302's. All that means is you have to follow the 351 firing order when installing the plug wires.

The 5.0 HO switched to the 351 firing order, so if you have a Mustang sourced 5.0 nothing changes. If its a 289/302 then its the old small block order. Firing order follows the cam.
Another thing to consider is what gear the distributor has. That cam is a roller, so its probably meant to be used with a melonized gear. Something this small isn't likely ground on a billet core, but I would be absolutely certain.
In a non roller cam block you are going to need to use retrofit lifters. Pushrod length will be different too. Rollers use shorter pushrods. If its a roller now the lifters, dogbones, and spider will work just fine. Stock pushrods may or may not work. I always check pushrod length to be sure.
