Anyone have plans/sketches for a SBF engine cart using dimensional lumber?
Want to make a mobile cart.
Engine stand in use.

This is the best I have ,sorry no measurments it's long gone. but you can mostly guess what you need. I used some leftover 4x4's from a fence job did many years earlier, never throw good lumber away!

I did make one from a store shopping cart, but the wheels kind of went flat after a year of weight and sitting in one spot.

Thanks, great ideas.
I ended up using one of the rectangular heavy duty pallets that I saved from a work project.
Found a small home made cart in garage by previous owner and repurposed the wheels for my engine cart.
I’ll take a picture tomorrow, was tryIng to beat the rain and get the fully accessorized engine out of the bed of the truck.
I know it’s hard to throw away good lumber. Apparently so did previous owner of this home😂
Rudi , I like your carb cover 👍🏼
And do you mean an old fart? 😂

No, the gaseous ones
REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
