Do both ends have reverse mounts?
My mid-eye springs have same shape at both ends.
Could spring be installed rear to front? (I doubt it...gotta ask)

I have 4.5 reverse eye springs I installed a couple of years ago. Mine sat high too. I ended putting a 1" lower block in. Made it better.
Steve69MY WHOLE PURPOSE WAS TO GET RID OF THE 2 INCH LOWERING BLOCKS. THESE SPRINGS WERE SUPPOSED TO LOWER CAR 2 INCHES LOWER THAN STOCK....I WOULD HATE TO SEE IF THEY WERE STANDARD EYE.
Adding a 1" blocks would be better option that adding 200 pounds of landscape block in your trunk. After the springs settle a bit more you could remove the blocks.

It rides so much better with the new springs and they have settled down a little. I have a new set of Bilstein street valve front shocks and BoBE sent me a 1 inch front sway bar for the front. it has a set of KYB gas shocks on it now only about 200 miles on them.

Did you have a side profile picture showing the ride height, along with some measurements?
