This is an adapter for my 1/4" drive inch ounce torque wrench to the steering box input shaft.
I didn't want to take the time and effort to broach the splines so I just used the major diameter and a set screw for the shafts undercut.
A bit of lathe work, drill an tap a couple of holes

Sad to say Bako is 2500 miles to my shop and 1800 to BB’s stomping grounds.

That little thingee is a no brainer Ron, the the hammer you made in high school shop class involved more skill.
