Where do I source the parts that you have used in the past and where do I steer clear from?

Re: Question I am seeking Fog ights for grille

I'm not familiar with the wiring in the earlier cars.  There used to be a harness available to add fog lights to cars that didn't have them.  By '67 IIRC the wiring was integrated into the headlight and dash harnesses.  When I rewired the car I just bought the harnesses for a car that had fog lights.  The switch just mounts under the dash in '67.

Thanks I am just trying to at least find some nice lights. I will figure out how to wire them up later.

The whole kit and kaboodle is available from CJ or NPD, even comes with a how to wire it schematic.

Re: Question I am seeking Fog ights for grille

I have an extra set of 65-66 fog lights. Ford originals. Will let them go for 50% more than whatever a new repro set would cost.

Money you enjoy wasting is NOT wasted money... unless your wife finds out.

Re: Question I am seeking Fog ights for grille

As for wiring in the engine compartment, see if you have female connectors near horns.
Part of wiring might already be there in the grille area.
My 65 came with Interior Decor ( pony interior and 5 gauges).
