I wonder what these would look like in 17"

Wonder if they would look odd as a 17" wheel? Would be kind of neat to have a 17" stock appearing wheel.

Re: I wonder what these would look like in 17"

After you have those 17's on your car for three weeks, they will look like factory wheels to you.

Re: I wonder what these would look like in 17"

IMO upsized classic wheels loose the appearance of the original size. The proportion is just not there and for that reason seem less attractive.

If those are steel, they must weight a ton.

Re: I wonder what these would look like in 17"

Just dont care for "out of proportion wheels" To me, all the large wheels look like "Wagon Wheels"
and belong on a Conestoga Wagon. However, whatever floats your boat?

I like the styled steel in 15x7. They fit the early cars very well. And as I always say, stock never goes out of style...

Good, fast or cheap. Pick any two...

Re: I wonder what these would look like in 17"

I really wasn't trying to start a debate on which one people prefer Just wondering if anyone had ever seen a larger OEM looking wheel. I like the way those 15" setups look too, but I have COBRA brakes so 17" is what I have to use.

But, what Steve said makes sense. If those are steel I bet they are heavy!
