Have you checked your plastic rollers?
It might be possible that one broke or the gummed up grease is preventing movement.
I had the gear assembly fail on me a few years ago.
I just purchased the Goodmark ones, just a daily driver.
I have the pony interior door panels.
I highly suggest taking the time to throughly clean all tracks and lubricate. The only one I didn’t remove to clean was the front track common to vent windows.
50+ year old grease tends to act like paste during colder weather….just don’t eat the paste Billy. 😜

I agree w/Nos681, I took out my passenger door window mechanism and thoroughly clean the gear drive, pivot points, rails, etc. applied new lube, and it works like new now.

I kept having problems with my windows sticking and being hard to roll up, after replacing a lot of stuff I replaced the window track felt and that solved the problem. It was a pain in the butt to remove the old stuff.

I put a 'light' smear of grease along the chrome trim around the window(the sliding surfaces) &
I cleaned the old grease from around the rollers and replaced damaged ones &
I cleaned the grease around and thru the gears and joints and used new grease &
I adjusted & adjusted the track & runners to get a good seal when the door is closed &
I still need to open the door a 'smiggen' to roll the window up and get a good seal against wind-whistle!!
I figger that's just the-nature-of-the-beast with hardtops that are 55 years old.
I fixed & repaired what I could & the rest I live with!
