Been a while since I purchased one....seems like it was Ford Racing last time.

For a typical sub 400HP engine I would highly recommend the Ford Racing Cobra or King Cobra clutch kit. Reasonably priced, easy pedal effort, and plenty of holding power. I think I got my last one from Summit.

I purchased mine (hydraulic clutch) as a complete kit w/the T5. That company went out of business. I had to replace the hydraulic MC and slave cylinder with one from 'Modern Driveline', and am happy with it.

Has anybody seen any good deals on the king cobra clutch? Also I was reading Valeo makes them

Quite possibly. All OEM clutches are made by third parties from what I've seen. I would check LMR, American Muscle, etc. The places that specialize in the Fox era. Also, with a part number you can try these guys:
Should be only 10% over dealer cost, even on Ford Racing parts. I buy most of the OEM parts I can still get new from them. Even with shipping they still beat the local dealership by a mile. At times they literally cut the cost almost in half.

Tascaparts.com is also an excellent place for O/E Ford parts. Very knowledgeable parts personnel.

This is what I have:
It has been used in the 92 and 3.73 gears as well as after transplant into 65 with 3.25 gears.
I selected this due to fact that my engine is a stock 5.0L and stock T5.
It’s torque rating is higher than my engine produces.
