They keep following me home. This one is all original Texas survivor car with 73,000 miles. Drives real smooth and runs great.

Wow, that is in great shape. Love the color.

Love it!

It amazes me how smooth these old cars drive, before some restomodder gets ahold of it and makes it vibrate and ride rough.

Nice car!
6 or 8?
Auto or manual?
AC?
Power top?
Console?
Etc, what’s it got?
Offline
The car is as basic as a convertible can be.
200
3-speed manual
Radio
Heater
Manual top
14” wheels
Not rusted except a spot on bottom of passenger fender and a line in driver floor next to rocker. None in doors or quarters.

Looks like a perfect uncomplicated driver, gets you where you want to go, easy to fix easy to maintain.
Some times that’s all a car has to be!

That’s a great looking car.

I do have all the things necessary to make it vibrate hard, and then some. Just sayin...

Very nice, good luck with it. Is it a 'keeper' or a 'flipper'?

I'm sure 6Sally6 has a cam or two that was too tame for his liking that can make it obnoxious and cantankerous. It'll need a V8 first though...

Looks really good, can't find cars like that in PA.

Looks Great! Makes me want to find a orginial Fairlane or Torino and just drive it and have fun. In high school I had a Green 71 torino with the black vinyl top. It was a 302 with a automatic. Had 80K on it and it was family car before I got a hold of it. It road and drove super nice. Another one I wish I still had.

I will sell it if the right offer shows up. If I still have it after I finish the 56 F100, it will get converted to v8 like I am doing on the 69 with a stockish 5.0 and an overdrive tranny.

Canyon Lake Motors has a nice ring to it.
