complete rear axle assembly

I am selling the complete rear axle assy. from my '65 Fastback.  It is from a "C" car with 5 lug axles and F code on the door tag which is a 2:80:to 1 limited slip diff.  Assy. includes emergency brake cables.  When I took it out, it had no noise.  It does need a pinion seal.  $350.  I live outside Springfield, Mo. 20+ miles from Branson.
