Wow! These engine mounts

are half the thickness of the originals. Bought them at O’reillys.  Any other places have better mounts.  I would of cleaned up the originals and reused them but I noticed a crack

Re: Wow! These engine mounts

Anchor brand may be better. What year Mustang? The 67's take a different mount that is no longer produced.

Re: Wow! These engine mounts

I used Anchor mounts from Rock Auto.
It was a private label and made in USA.

Re: Wow! These engine mounts

Are you going to drill them for a safety bolt.
Might be worth while .
I was never impressed with any of the o/e type so I got a set of  Prothane mounts, they will never split.

I think I might just do that and pin them with a bolt and run the old ones.

Thanks
