Blast from the past

Me, 14 years ago, with my 66.  I was 65 pounds heavier then, and the car was a darker blue.
This picture was taken by Jerry Heasley for the Mustang Monthly article they did about me and the car and the MustangSteve business.

Re: Blast from the past

Cool pic. First thing I thought when I saw the pic was there was a whole lot more Steve to love back then.

Re: Blast from the past

Well, it is obvious that both you and the 66 have evolved into leaner, meaner versions since then. And that's a good thing.

Re: Blast from the past

Actually… I think that pic was from 2006, since that is when that magazine article was written.
Closer to 18 years ago!   I have owned that car, purchased as a basket case for $1,700, since 1992.

Re: Blast from the past

Do you have any pics of the 66 when you bought it? Would be cool to see.

Re: Blast from the past

I used to have a pic of it on a trailer behind my 2.3L 92 Ranger shortbed truck. I didn't think I was ever going to get it home going down the highway.
I have not seen that picture in years.
