He was asking about which part I was referring to as the rain tray. This is on our 66 and appears to take any water that gets past the top and runs it onto the Rocker panel area just in front of the wheel wells. I don't know the official name of it, but here is a picture with three yellow arrows pointing at it.
Can any convertible owners tell me how much water gets into the tray and dumped into the rails? Doesn't seem like a good idea.
