Friday Bash Road Trip

Just three weeks until the 2024 Bako Bash guys. I hope your Bash thrashes are going well and being productive.

Friday morning after breakfast we will be talking a short one hour drive south on the 5 over the Grapevine, elevation 4,144 feet, to Castaic to Mustang MD. Paul Crosswhite is the owner, and a cool cat. I think he has about five acres with a bunch of classic Mustangs and parts for them. Since he's in LA County you won't get and yard sale prices, but he usually has what you need.

Paul's uncle was an engineer for Ford in Dearborn and responsible for the For C transmissions, C3, C4, C5, and C6.. The C in the transmissions was after his last name, Crosswhite.

If you guys are anything like me and like walking junk yards, and especially one with Mustangs, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I've been there about twenty times and enjoy it every time.

Mike, @boss347convertible is driving up from Huntington Beach Friday morning and will meet us at Mustang MD.
