    Autolite 4100

    Does anyone know where I can get or have an extra adjustment needle valve for an Autolite 4100 carb. Had it in my hand when I was rinsing off parts and it was gone when I went to my workstation. I looked at Mike's carb where I bought my rebuild kit but didn't see anything.

    If this forum can't fix it, it isn't broke.

    Yesterday was a bad day and yes, I gave up to easy, but part of my intent was to add a post. Gets a little slow sometimes. Found and ordered this morning.

    Sorta happened to me the last time I hadda Autolite carb apart.  The little hook that attaches the needle to the float mech "
    launched 'somewhere' in my garage and I was able to get a re-build kit with one in it. (Thank Goodness)!

    Just rebuilt a crusty 4100 off a 64 T-Bird 390. After rebuilding and re-rebuilding many a Holley, it's the first 4100 I have had apart. Seems pretty brilliant, no surprise they are still of value and desired.

    As Sally would say - 
    Ever thang is fer sail. At the right price. Purty shore it won't fix a bent valve, but since Roseanne was purring like a kitten uh fore she inhaled that valve, fixin the valve train should get her back to purrin'. Fore uh while.
