65 - 66 fastback rear belt mount location

Anybody have any pics, or better yet, measurements to locate the 4 mounting bolts for the rear seatbelts in a fastback? Mine does not appear to have any markings in the body which would indicate where they would've been mounted. I know the inner belts go through the center of the seat (I'll have to modify the covers so they can pass through) and the outers go around the seat. Are the outer bolt holes behind the inner plastic quarterpanels?

Much thanks!

Re: 65 - 66 fastback rear belt mount location

Hi Jeff!
I have a 65 fastback that has the rear factory installed rear seatbelts with the mounting plates. I'll try to measure this weekend for you. Also the plates for outboards are underneath the car and the belt runs under the plastic panels.
good luck

Thanks. Sounds like I'll have to remove a few more parts to get to it.

Here's mine on my '66.   No measurements but hope the pics help.

Re: 65 - 66 fastback rear belt mount location

The pics do help. Did the inner quarter panel come trimmed like that from the factory? Is it necessary to trim it? There appears to be a gap that the belt can fit through there.

BTW, you're undercarriage has a small spot on it.  That thing is clean!!!

Thanks again.

Re: 65 - 66 fastback rear belt mount location

Thanks

I don't know if the cutout for the bolt access is factory or not.  Sorry.
