So how do you use photobucket? I don't have that as an option, only tinypics and I can't get that to work, have been trying to post pics of the rack and pinion set-up I have on my 70 using the J-Car R&P but can't get them to post. So gave up.

Open up Photobucket, register, then upload pictures to your library. When the upload box opens up, there is a little gear wheel in the upper right corner. Click on that and select a picture size of 680 x 480. Once selected, you won't have to do that each time. All of your pictures will be automatically sized to that dimension when you post them to a forum.
Once your picture is uploaded, there is another gear like wheel in the upper right corner of each picture. Open it up and choose 'get links'. Click on the IMG line and it will copy the link. Then simply paste it in the FYI text box and when you submit it, your picture will appear.

Hey boom, thanks. I've used pub for a while and not located the gear in upper fight corner to set the size of the pic. Can you take a screen shot with the gear please? Thank you, Bob.
Edit: oh, gear is on the right corner of the pic itself. Doh!

rpm, the gear I am talking about to set the picture size is not the one that shows up on the picture itself. It is the gear that shows up in the upload box. Once you select the size there, it is global and will dictate the posted size of every picture that you upload after that.
I do not think that it will go back and limit the size of pictures that you have previously uploaded. You may be able to do that elsewhere.

Cool, thanks for the info. Much appreciated.

I uploaded some pics and it worked for me.

Mine does not even show any of the icons for adding pics or anything else... I changed browser so I guess that did it.

OK, I can either have this site where I can get a cursor but no pictures or without a cursor but CAN post pictures. The compatibilty was turned ON for this site and that wiped out my picture icons. Changed that and now no cursor without clicking SELECT ALL to get one. I need a new computer or someone that knows how to make one work!

If I try to post a jpeg using URL from another site (including my own where I used to get alot of pics from all the time) my computer locks out and I have to CTR ALT DEL to get out. Easypics is working now that I have the icon.

I'm going to guess that he's using IE since he mentioned compatibility view and CTR ALT DEL indicates Windows to me. If so, and you are having problems with IE and with another browser such as Firefox, your options are either to RESET IE back to factory settings, as something may have changed a setting, or the next thing I would do is either delete your profile off your pc or rename it to .OLD and create a whole new profile by just logging back in ( of course back up your data first such as your My documents folder, your My Pictures, your My dowloads, your Desktop etc.).
some sites now will request that you upgrade your browser and recommend the browser they want you to use because they are a partner with them even though your current browser should work fine. Example: Gmail will say IE is out of date when I have the most current version on my pc just because they want me to use google chrome which Gmail and chrome are both GOOGLE products.
