I’m trying to identify what waterpump I have. My car is a 1965 Mustang (built 6 september 1964), but probably the engine is a 1966 (iron cast pump and blue colored engine, 1965 had aluminium pumps and had black colored engine) There is a number on the pump, 31047. I came to the same picture of the pump at Summit racing for a Stewart 16123 water pump. But when I look at the website of Stewart at this waterpump, there is another picture and number on the pump.
Does anybody know what waterpump this 31047 is, brand, standard/high flow, etc.
Thanks.
Ron

Stewart about the number:
The number 31047 is only a casting number used by the foundry. Different foundries can use different part numbers for the same style casting.

Hey Ron...welcome to the forum!
Which ever pump you get.......I like to take the back off and sorta detail and smooth the inlet/outlet/impeller to make everything a little more......efficient.
