Has anyone added any padding or is the trim padding available for these posts? or do you just run the headliner down the posts and glue it in place?

On a 65-66, there is s little piece of painted steel trim that goes across the end of the headliner. It is held in place with one phillips head screw.

I have seen a few cars that had the vinly glue to them and then tucked into the windshield gasket ans the pinch lace. Looks good when done with detail.
