just a little sanity check here. Before I start splicing stuff into my 66 coupe. Bought a 79 F100 or 150 wiper motor from auto zone...didn't come with the plug...directions say to de-pin and use original plg. I have an intermitant switch and harness including govenor module with matching p/n's to the 65 diagram here. Question I got to 2x check is on the 66, they use Orange/white for power, but on the pigtail I have, looks like I need to use the 10 gage black/green for power. Black/purple(looks like Pink to me) from govenor goes to black on motor, Blue/orange from switch goes to Blue on motor, Black/green from switch goes to 12vdc, black/white goes to ws washer pump. As for the switch....all the way ccw acts like a variable pot, but I haven't been able to ohm through any of the contacts in this position....maybe the variable part is worn out? It has 3 more notches going cw...which one is off so I don't crank it up with power accidently? Unfortunatly, something is messed up w eith my image or the upload service on the site as it won't let me upload both jpg's i wanted to post.
