i have a 1965 coupe 302 v8 with rear drum front disk manual brakes.i have been driving the car for 5 years now. my question: i have a leaking master cylinder that i bought from autozone for a 1974 ford maverick. this will be the third rebilt master cylinder that has leaked. one has leaked from the seal in the back and two have leaked from the hole they drill in the bottom and plug when rebuilding. does anyone know where i can buy a new master cyliinder for my car or any suggestions for what you have done with master clyinders?
thanks

OReilly Auto Parts does not stock it in stores, but can get it for you.
Part # MC85365 for non-power disc/drum 74 Maverick with 15/16" bore.
It is a brand new one, not one of those temporary rebuilt jobs.
REMEMBER!!! When posting a question about your Mustang or other Ford on this forum, BE SURE to tell us what it is, what year, engine, etc so we have enough information to go on. |
