Concinses is.......Maverick MC when doing disc brakes......

I KNOW it needs to be a disc front/drum rear MC butt.........does it hafta be a manual brakeMC and not a power brake MC?
How does the MC know the diffewrence?

The MC does not know the difference.  The Maverick does have the spring clip in it, like most manual master cylinders, so the rod from the pedal can lock into place.  Power brake MCs do not have the clip.

74 Maverick MC is 15/16" bore
67-73 Mustang  MC is 1" bore

Either works on a manual or power system, but the Mav MC will give you an easier pedal.
