Found AT's pic on my other post...it does use the hole I patched on the right
At one time I had 2 holes below the steering column hole in firewall...both could almost fit (OK, the one on the drivers side of column entry hole I had to enlarge slightly to get speedo cable through) the other hole...probly the correct one which is closser to the passenger side and below the steering column, I patched. Now I don't have enough speedo cable to reach...I'm thinking cause I patched of its entry hole in firewall. Can some one take a quick look in their 66 standard and see if the speedo cable enters cabin and routes on the passenger side of the column?
Thank you.
Its always something on this Beast! Sometimes its the way it is...sometimes I cause my own pain.
